Do not recommend for monthly pool servicing. They lied about coming when I was home and knew 100% that no one came. Other times they would show up and be done in under five minutes, that is simply impossible to thoroughly check and clean everything as they claim to do.

I was looking for a pool service company to install a Saftron pool handrail on my paver decking. Upon several attempts of calling other pool service companies around my area I found JT's Pool Services and "What an Amazing Experience" I received! Great Friendly Customer Service, Prompt and Affordable! They dispatched a technician out to my home to install the handrail Professionally and in a Timely Manner! This company is a 5 Star company and that I would Recommend & Refer everyone to call them for any Pool Service needs!! Great Job Andy!

JT's Pools has serviced our pool for years, so when we decided to remodel the pool and deck, we called them (and others). They gave us the best price and seemed very knowledgeable, so we used them. We are general contractors, so we have a lot of experience with different contractors, and I can tell you the Jamie and his team were one of the best we've worked with. They removed the old deck and pool coping, re-did the pool tile and interior pool surface, and re-decked the entire pool area with a beautiful tile and matching coping. They have come to my house twice now to fix a pool pump motor and fix the pool light. Both times they were awesome. Quick response time and excellent quality work performed. I really appreciated their honesty. I'm a relatively new homeowner on a budget and he worked with me on price and didn't do more work than was needed. Highly recommend them for pool repair work.

They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had been in the pool business hence my initial choice. Jaime inspected my pool and I contracted him for a remodeling thereof. He did an excellent job for a very fair price. Thereafter, I have used the company for weekly pool maintenance. They have maintained my pool perfectly for the past year and a half to my full satisfaction and I have received many compliments on its fine appearance. I highly recommend this company

Our pool and spa needed repairs. They did an amazing job. They were very thorough, responsive, communicative, fast, friendly and always showed up on time. Very happy with everything.

Fantastic company. Pool companies are not great at great service.....but this team absolutely is.
