We just had our pool resurfaced with Diamond-Brite and the tile replaced using Coastline Pool Service and could not be happier with the results. The entire experience, from our initial visit to their showroom and the help received there, to the personal visit to our home from the owner, Steve Schaefer to work out the details of the job, was a pleasurable one. We had three companies come out and give us estimates, Steve From Coastline really won us over. From his office manager Carmen to his foreman, everything was as expected and more. We are so happy with our new pool patio and deck. We highly, highly recommend them if you are remodeling your pool. Not only are they professional and efficient, but they make you feel like family. The work (replacing a fiberglass shell with DiamondBrite) went pretty well, but they did not complete the start up. Theypromised to "perfectly balance" the PH, but we ended up working with our regular pool supply to make sure all is right. They also broke off the caps for the pool ladder and didn't replace them or let us know. And they didn't provide start-up instructions until after we thought they were done and gone. In general, follow-up just wasn't up to my standards.

Contracted for a complete pool refurbishment on our 40 year old pool with new coping, tile, diamond brite (R), and a new filter. Also had new deck replacement and a new screen enclosure installed with different contractors. Quality Work was expertly performed with real craftsmen who corrected the bad spots so this is a new pool again. Steve was wonderful to work with and very accommodating with the other contractors. From start to finish, Steve and his company not only started the job on time but also finished a week ahead of schedule! The before and after pictures speak for themselves! Highly recommend Coastline!! And to update this review 4 years later, Coastline is still servicing my pool and has been completely responsive to any issues that have come up and never kept us from enjoying our outdoor life on the weekends!

Four years ago, 2022, we had a complete resurfacing by Coastline, on our 25 yr old pool. Steve gave a great price and was very detailed in explaining our options and what to expect during the process and clean-up. The crew was very considerate are careful in caring for all patio conditions during the process, and kept us apprised of how each phase was going. I never did post a review 4 yrs ago, but just called Steve back to diagnose a 2 inch "rust spot" slowly growing on the bottom. Coastline Pool Service did a fantastic job on our pool renovation. We have a rock waterfall from our jacuzzi that also needed restoration and Steve brought in a specialist who also did a fantastic job. We highly recommend this company.
