I had an amazing experience with this pool building company. I worked directly with Alex, and he was fantastic from start to finish—super knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. The project was completed much faster than I expected, and the price was very affordable for the quality of work. We hired Pool Pros Builder to construct a backyard spa, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The project has gone well beyond the timeline stated in our contract and is still not complete. Communication has been consistently poor. Messages often go unanswered, and we frequently have to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. There have also been long delays between phases of work, sometimes lasting weeks with no meaningful progress. BUYER BEWARE This is one of the most unethical and immoral companies I've ever dealt with. I had a client which whom I did massive research for when designing entire landscape, pool design/features & then choosing a pool contractor. Come to find out this pool contractor charged $38,000 EXTRA for things that another 5-star reputable company INCLUDED in their price. Then when trying to get my agreed 10%, Nick the thief tried to keep it for himself. BEWARE PUBLIC - Their "EXTRAS" are not actually extras and are normally items included in prices.
