Julianos pools installed a new in ground pool for us over the winter. I have to say that this company is truly an exceptional organization from the top down. They stand by their work and strive for customer satisfaction. We just had our pool show and tell where they explain all the details of owning and operating our new pool. Omg I can’t even begin to explain how great Juliano’s is was working with a short deadline and the guy who came and gave me the quote said that they could do it worked with Jesse at the Vernon location and he was amazing he did everything in his power to make my short deadline work. They said they don’t do short deadlines but because it was promised to me they were going to make it work. We can’t say enough good things about Juliano‘s and especially all the employees throughout the process. Each group came in and did their job and were also engaging to us and looked for our feedback throughout the process. Brian, the owner, was personally involved and had some great recommendations. Mike was one of the crew leaders who really had a passion for making sure the work was done properly and again was constantly looking for our feedback. I recently had JULIANO POOLS install a pool for me and we haven’t started pouring the patio so the pool has been getting Some dirt in it and JULIANO‘s sent out someone this morning on a holiday to clean it and the young man’s name was Carlos and he did a fantastic job. He cleaned the pool, emptied the skimmer baskets and the pool pump baskets as well, and upon completion asked me if there was anything else he could do for me I replied with no you’ve done more than enough thank you and have a pleasant rest of your day. Scott does an amazing job with the construction and handling of all issues associated with the project. Lauren is great at helping you understand the water maintenance and general questions all first time pool owners have. The pool construction crew is professional, punctual, and FAST. They installed an inground pool (with water) within two weeks at the start of covid. I highly recommend Juliano's for a pool install. Listen to them and be patient; they know what they are doing.
