We bought a house last year with an in-ground pool which needed work. Prospect pools helped us through the whole process with water analysis, chemicals and care of our newly remodeled pool. They are always friendly, return calls promptly and extremely helpful. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. We have places closer to our home that we could use but we are willing to drive the extra miles because they are that good!

Very poor experience. Owner talked a big game to make the sale, but after a deposit was made he was almost impossible to get ahold of. Inconsistent scheduling and was 50/50 if they’d even show up once I was on the calendar. Eventually he stopped responding entirely despite threats of legal action. Only reason he is not getting a 1 star is his wife was apologetic and provided a refund. I was still forced to start from scratch with a new company in the middle of busy season. I would never contract them for work again in the future.

Just completed new Aspen shape Pool (custom design by owner) & Hot Tub in Oxford. Prospect Pools did great work, pros at pool building and very professional. We couldn’t be happier with our new pool.

As reported to Chris in 2021 the Spa liner still leaks where it attaches under the spillover. No Thanks for ignoring our problem.

Prospect pools was professional and clearly experienced. They were willing to make the pool just how we wanted it and delivered on what they promised. Some companies were very “cookie cutter” in their designs and options while Chris was more contemporary in his options and his approach to me as a consumer. Highly recommended if you want a reliable, competent business installing your pool. Thanks Chris!

If you are not a pool professional and must depend on the so-called professionals. This is definitely not the place to go. I never had a leak in my pool until Prospect Pools changed me over to a Saltwater pool. I spent over $1500 from what these professionals said I needed to do. They must have come out about every other week telling me I needed to do this or that. In between visits I had to keep ordering water. The last so-called fix when Chris (the owner) came out and said I needed to put a hose over the side to keep the water in (another $400). The pool company that opens and closes my pool…
