Steve Kirby came to my rescue when I needed someone with expertise related to a newly installed vinyl liner when the installer did not show. He agreed to pick up service at the last minute despite being extremely busy. Kim is efficient and puts your mind at ease. The young man that serviced the pool was professional and knowledgeable. What a great company. Steve, the owner, was such a professional. He did a terrific job measuring for our new pool liner. It fit perfectly and looks beautiful. Steve and his tech, Manny, did the job in less than a day. The pool area was clean when he finished and they got my filter up and running before they left. Nothing but great work and I would highly recommend Kirby Pools for all your pool needs.

After recently moving to the Cape, we had three failed attempts (Paying for service and then getting ghosted) at trying to get a pool company to help diagnose and repair our pool, I’m grateful that this year that I found Kirby pool and spa! Steve has repaired my hot tub and has opened and closed my in-ground pool many times. He is very reliable and knowledgeable. He installed a salt water generator for me last year. And he just finished installing tubes in the patio pavers for the pool winter cover. He did an excellent job with both. As long as I have a pool, I will always call Steve.

Kirby was simply amazing! His service was fast accurate and he was very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, resolve the issue and get my hot tub back up and running within two hours. I would highly recommend Kirby for any job big or small! He is also extremely fair in his pricing, he has a new loyal customer!!
