If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It was a real pleasure working with Kyle, David, and Brian. They gave us our dream backyard and were amazing to work with along the way. We had them redo our patio, add a dog run, and build a pavilion with a fireplace. Their attention to detail is unlike any contractor we have worked with and they truly care about the project and ensuring you are happy. These are some of the hardest workers I have seen. We hired Klein Outdoors to redo our old, worn patio & deck and replace our fence. Kyle created a video rendering of his plan that was fantastic! He turned our ‘courtyard’ into an oasis! We are beyond pleased with the quality of the work, the timeline and the price for the project. Kyle and his crew are genuine ‘good guys’ and we highly recommend Klein Outdoors.

I highly recommend Kyle and his crew! This has been a wonderful experience to entrust their expertise, professionalism, and integrity. Kyle updated us along the way, communicated with the city and with permits, the crew were respectful and friendly, they all heard our concerns and followed through with everything they said they would and we have excellent results! We hired Klein Outdoors to do our paver patio project several years ago. I waited to post a review because I wanted to see how the patio settled and how the follow up would be if there were any issues. As expected with any paver patio project, there were areas that settled. Kyle offered to come out and address the areas at no charge(!) and those were completed this week. Although it took several months of communication back and forth to get the work completed, I am grateful that Kyle followed through with his commitment which is more than most contractors in this business would do. These guys are class acts. I had a flat tire and had pull of into a gas station to swap it for my spare when Brian from this company happened to pull in for gas. Without hesitation, he came over and offered to help. He had a tire patch kit with him and immediately got to work. He completely fixed the tire on the spot and saved me a trip to the shop. He had absolutely nothing to gain from helping me, but he did it anyway. That kind of character says a lot about a company. If I were looking for a contractor, these are the guys I would call. 10/10.
