Having a pool installed is a huge, expensive, scary project! Scott made us feel at ease immediately upon meeting him. I’m a bit of a skeptic, but the feeling of ease was genuine, and I had zero doubts I was being taken care of throughout the whole project by Premier Pools entire team. Communication was thorough, workmanship was stellar, and I have full confidence that my pool installation will stand the test of time.

We had the Chateau model rectangle pool installed in April 2023 by Premier Pools and Spas and we could not be happier with the entire process. If you're looking for a pool installer that knows their products, shows up on time, uses the top of the line products, and communicates effectively and timely look no further. My family decided to have a fiberglass in ground pool installed this year. We had a few hoops to jump through with our financing and Scott Laing was more than patient! Scott Laing as always came to our rescue fixing the service panel of our pool after a field mouse made his winter home there destroying the wiring. Scott quickly figured out a fix, taking care of it during “off hours”, sacrificing his free time to help out. His company installed our pool over 5 years ago and still stands by his work years after the warranty expires. And refuses to take payment. He’s a good man.

We had an inground fiber glass pool installed this spring, 2024. Starting with the planning, the team worked with my wife and I to create the backyard oasis that previously existed in our minds. Once installation began, the team showed their exceptional skills. Watching the excavation was impressive, but ability to move the shell through the tight space between our house and our neighbor, was *chefs kiss.
