We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Pools and Bob and his team! With a spring install we knew we would have spring weather working against us and this spring brought a lot of rain! That did not slow Bob and his crew, they were here as long as the weather was safe and even snuck in a few weekends to keep our project on track! 2024 Update: It's been two years and we are still LOVING our pool and the amazing service from Bob and his team! I appreciate how responsive they are, and when they prioritize anything urgent - and Bob's willingness to answer my "newbie" questions along the way. What can I say about Mr Pools company and the entire team that hasn’t been already said in the other reviews? We had a great experience with Mr Pools, Bob and his team were great. Bob was very patient when we first meet during the winter and spent a few hours at our house going over all the details. Being a first time pool owner we had a ton of questions and Bob was very helpful and we never felt rushed. We continued to work together until we had all the details worked out and had exactly what we wanted. I reached out multiple times over the past few weeks by phone and through their website regarding a quote for an above ground pool installation. I never received a response or was able to reach anyone. If a company can’t communicate with a potential customer before the job, it doesn’t inspire confidence in how communication would be handled after the sale.

I called over a week ago to get a pool maintenance for my mom. The lady I talked to was super. She answered my questions and told me the service guy would call me later that day or the next day. He never called. Not sure if they sub out this service but if they do, he can hurt the business.
