As a bunch of other reviews say, Jason seems to be a decent guy but is completely flakey. When I first reached out, he said he would call me back "shortly". Didn't call until 2 days later when I followed up. Then finally got him to come out to quote the job on a Friday. He said he'd have the quote to me by Sunday the latest. Its now almost 2 weeks later and still no quote. I followed up with him every other day for the past 2 weeks and just completely ghosts me. No point in calling since he does not pick up phone calls. Jason is a great guy. Unfortunately, he is overextended. Therefore, he over-promises and under-delivers. He ordered the liner a week before it was to be installed, so there should have not been any issues. However, there was a problem with the supplier and he didn’t get the liner. The next week he waited until the last minute to pick up the liner. it was just one issue after another… And a lot of hassle when I am paying nearly $6000 for a service.

I recently purchased a home with an in ground pool. When we finally closed, I called Litehouse to open it. They were weeks out and very expensive because they said I called too late. I called in mid may, and they were booked until mid June. So I searched on Google and found Jason with Aqua Pros. When I called, he came over within an hour and opened the pool, and it was half the cost of Litehouse. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. They came out, provided a quote, accepted payment, and cashed the check, but failed to provide the equipment that was paid for and have not returned to complete the work as promised. Communication may seem responsive at first, but false promises and missed commitments. The entire situation has caused unnecessary stress and frustration for my family. We trusted them to follow through, and they are not delivering. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to thoroughly research this company before doing business with them.

Do NOT use this service. I thought it was good at first. Jason stopped by, partially set my pool up...then left after I paidh him. And never returned, even though I texted him multiple times! I finally had to hire someone else to finish the pool set up. And my 4th of July get together was CANCELLED, because no pool. Thank you Jason. Thanks very much. Please give me my $225 (+tip) back! Your own decision, but Jason has a number of negative reviews, and I see why now. _____ I'm a Google Star Reviewer with over 1.5 viewers. I do research so you don't have to!

This company is quick to get things done for you. He answers you back in a very prompt time and is very helpful. I was able to get what I needed for my pool with ease now hassle at all very easy to work with.
