Teresa was very helpful. We purchased a Marquis V84 hot tub from her. Setting up delivery was easy. We got a great price on the floor model that was being rotated out. We’re enjoy relaxing!

For 14 years we have used Lake Norman Pool and Spa for weekly service and pool maintenance. Their service has significantly deteriorated. It is almost every week I have to call because something was not done or if there is an issue communication is poor. We will be canceling their service once we identify a new provider. Would not recommend Lake Norman Pool and Spa.

Picking out the right hot tub was stressful, but Jan and the staff were very helpful .we had it delivered right to the spot and enjoyed it in 3 weeks. We are very satisfied. Thanx.

Went to have water tested. Very informative. Very accommodating. Would highly recommend. They also have water treatments for all pools and hot tubs. Have hot tubs on display.

We stopped in to test the pool water, it was free and we only needed to increase the alkalinity. We bought what we needed. The associate was very friendly and even brought the stuff out to our car. Their staff has always been like that.
