Outstanding group of people!! We initially had a leak in our pool losing over 1.5 inches every day. Seth and Autumn came out and found the leak to be in our light housing. Christian followed up and completed the repairs in less time than we anticipated. After filling the pool back up we found that we still had a significant leak (1 inch per day) and asked if they could come back and recheck the light repairs. This was my first time hiring Whitman to locate a leak in my pool. Before writing this review, I checked others and found several customers had similar experiences—service is good when things go smoothly, but very disappointing when they don’t. When I first called, I specifically asked what would happen if they couldn’t find the leak. I was assured they would continue until the cause was identified. That did not happen. Our community (Commercial) Pool had been drained and needed to be Inspected. Seth from Whitman's arrived on time for our appointment. He was extremely professional and went out of his way to show me and teach me how our pool system worked. He didn't have to do this but he was very kind and went out of his way to provide exceptional service. He was quick and efficient. My pool has been leaking for over a month and man I was so happy when I found Whitman's Leak Detection. I've gone through two leak detection companies prior but they were unable to find my leak, fortunately Whitman's Leak Detection found it the day they came out! Not only did they find it but they came out on a Sunday of all days, which I was super thankful for. The office was thorough with what I was to expect before their technician came out. Whitman’s was recommended to me by my pool maintenance company. They were responsive, professional and quickly found the leak. They made the repair with minimal impact on the pool deck. I also hired them to replace some worn out ball valve adjusters. Extremely happy with everything!!
