We would highly recommend Lucas Firmin Pools. From the initial consultation to far after the pool is completed, we have had very positive experiences. They will spend as much time as you need on every detail of the design concept, and/or work with a design you may already have from an architect. During the construction process, we were very satisfied that Lucas was present on the job site for all of the key phases. It's like pulling teeth to get Lucas to return calls. When he is done with the pool, so is his services. UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY: I needed Lucas to call me back in JANUARY, not April. I called another pool contractor and paid them to answer my questions. Last summer, same thing. We left Lucas several messages and it wasn't until I gave him a bad review was when he finally called us back....begging me to delete the review which I did.
