I had my filter media changed to the new glass media, and the customer service was excellent. The 2 guys who came to do the service were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They were a pleasure to do business with. I also had a great experience at the store when I initially went to lucky duck , because I had an issue with my pool being green with algae and not clearing. The owner told me exactly what products to add to my pool and promised my pool would be clear in 24 hrs, and he was absolutely correct.. next day after putting in the products the pool was blue and clear. I contacted Lucky Duck pools and spoke with the owner Anthony. I explained the Cover had fallen in over the winter with all the debris in my pool. I do not have a vacuum that pumps to waste so I specifically called looking for that service. He was very helpful on the phone. He told me it was 175 per hour and that he had just purchased a brand new industrial vacuum. Perfect set up the appointment expecting to have my pool cleaned. Come the day of the service. I have two techs come out and claim that they are doing an opening. That’s not what I had discussed. My pool was fully opened. Everything…

I live on the Cape and lucky duck pools was the only company I could find who could do repairs to a fiber glass lined pool. They did an excellent job, fixed a leak that had been plaguing me for years, and a first class epoxy paint job. Despite the miles between us, they were courteous,prompt, and easy to deal with. Not cheap, by any means, you get what you pay for. Thanks to Anthony and Steve for a great job

I tried 1/2 dozen places with zero help. Lucky Duck Pools was recommended to me and Steve instantly answered all of my questions, diagnosed our main issue, suggested a fix and had two guys out at the house within one week. Pool is 90% there and tweaking the clarity a little. I would no doubt recommend the folks at Lucky Duck Pools as they are quick to respond, pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced.

Went into the store with a problem and the manager Steve who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what the issue was and helped me fix it immediately!
