We had them put in a fiberglass pool 3 years ago. If I had it to do again I would not use them. During the process they would be absent from the job for weeks, they dug the hole wrong and as a result our platform at one end bows down because of insufficient fill under it . We have had two major leaks in 3 years. They were gluing PVC pipes together in the pouring rain. The list goes on. They don't seem to be able to retain employees. They appear to be underfunded and under motivated. Just a bad outfit. Steer clear or do business at your own peril. An update to my review after a couple of years;…

So far, love the place. Made an appointment through Cindy to have a pool installed. She was very nice and responsive to all my questions. Appointment was scheduled same week to evaluate my property and hope to be under contract soon for November installation.

Pool liner looks like it was installed by amateurs, their solution is to fix it when it does break instead of redoing properly. Stained steps with vermiculite and left it. Replaced light but can't hook it up because they're not electricians ( tell us that before we pay you). Many other places to try instead of these people.

Out of all the pool companies located in Wilmington, NC I strongly recommend Master Pools of Wilmington. Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction stands above all in our area. My family couldn’t be happier with our concrete sport bottom pool.

I called to ask if they deliver water for pools and though they do not, the lady on the phone was really nice and gave me some tips. I'd be happy to do business with them!
