Dwayne (owner) and his team were top notch from the beginning to the end of our water damage project. Prompt, efficient, great attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves daily. I was extremely pleased with the work Dwayne and Mavis construction performed in my home. They did a complete gut and remodel to a bathroom. It turned out beautiful. After one high estimate, one higher estimate and the highest estimate, I called Mavis Builders. Dwayne came over (on time) starting taking measurements and answered all f my questions. His bid came in the lowest and he even offered money saving suggestions. He was familiar with the insurance process and kept me up to date while Mavis and the insurance company played I’ll pay for this and not that game. The work was done in a timely manner and way better than expected. Dwayne is a pleasure to work with. I would 100% recommend Mavis for any remodel or building projects.
