Melos Pool and Outdoors sent a great team to work on my pool renovation project. They are very professional meanwhile super friendly! Everyone from Project Manager Mauricio to Carlos, Pablo and Amber made the whole process smooth and successful. The result is great and I had a peaceful mind from day one to the end! It’s been years since installing our pool. Melo was excellent and professional from start to finish, even accommodating our home build nightmare. Mauricio went above and beyond during the drawn out process (not caused by them) and to this day, he sticks out to us as a saving light. Melo is lucky to have such great teammates working for them. After interviewing several pool companies about getting our pool resurfaced we ended up going with Melos based on a neighbor's recommendation. We were also impressed with how detailed their estimate and timeline were compared to all the other bids we'd gotten. We were not disappointed. We are delighted with the fountain that Melos recently built for us and can’t speak highly enough about the process of working with them. They were collaborative, friendly, made excellent suggestions on details we hadn’t thought of, and kept us regularly informed of the progress and next steps. Even weeks after the project was completed (and the final bill paid), they have checked in twice just to make sure everything is working properly and that we’re happy with it.
