We’ve have recently added Vigil Pool Service to our pool and spa service at our home in Palm Desert. They have proven to be terrific at their job. They are professional and on time and do what they say they’re going to do. Our pool has never looked better. We converted to a salt system, which has enhanced our pool experience without the need for chlorine. We highly recommend them.
A good pool service is hard to find, a great pool service is even harder to find but Noe and his team are excellent. I’ve used them for years and they are always reliable, resonantly priced and super knowledgeable. I’ve used them for weekly service, equipment upgrades and pool resurfacing. Highly recommended!
Vigil has been servicing 2 of my pools in the Palm Springs area. His level of service is terrible. See photo of my pool. He stopped by that morning to clean to my pool and left it green like that. My cleaning service had to call and let me know that the pool was green. Whoever he sent to clean my pool that day thought that was ok. It turned out that he had not been adding any salt and that the pool filters were very dirty. I will not trust him with my pool.
We've lived in the desert for over 20yrs finding a good pool service company is a challenge Vigil Pool Service has been excellent from their weekly service to repairs to knowledgeable answers to any and all concerns. Noe Vigil of Vigil Pool Service, is a professional at every job he does, always very communicative and gives updates with photo. He is very honest, very hard working, most of all very consistent with all great quality service he does for me and my family. Everything he says he does, a man of his word and if there is an issue he will let it be known, explain, and always makes it happen by finding a solution. Great team that always shows up. They had been taking good care of our pool for two years. Noe always responds to our requests and concerns.
They've been servicing my pool since 2017. Noe has been responsive whenever I see an issue. They replaced my pump at a reasonable price.
I hired Noah at Vigil Pool‘s in June 2025. His service to date has been excellent.
