If I had to summarize Pete’s work, I would say: “under promise, over deliver”. The first time we hired Pete it was to remodel our diving pool from the 50’s. We wanted to modernize it by adding all these nice features like a spa, very long stairs and a tanning self. When we first met with Pete to discuss our project, my husband and I said right away “he’s the one, this guy definitely knows what he’s doing!” and Pete didn’t disappoint us. Shout out to our pool service, Desert Luxury Pools and service tech Chad Hoskins. The pool always looks great after his visit. Chad sends a service report after each cleaning with chemical readings, chemicals added, services performed and pool status. Desert Luxury Pools admin office is always responsive with questions and communicates if there is schedule change. I highly recommend the service!

Best service in town! My iAqua was down and Art and Jarod showed up to give me a hand. Not only did the fix my iAqua, but showed me how to trouble shoot. I mentioned a couple other things I wanted them to check and both went above and beyond to address my concerns! Top notch!

I am writing a NEGATIVE review for services provided by Desert Luxury Pools (DLP). The most recent bad experience was their refusal to replace several of my plants and trees that did not recover after being without proper irrigation for 13 day after they turned of my water source to the plants for maintenance (pool water level float system). I was not told or informed they had turned off the water or how long it would be off. My landscaper found the water had been turned off when he came for biweekly service. We are a Desert Luxury Pools customer and developed an electrical problem with the hot tub valves and the pool pump. Jarod came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He has the experience and judgement to diagnose complex electrical issues. He is very respectful and communicates well. He is a great representative for Desert Luxury Pools.

The best of the best. The pool process started in November with bids on a demo and to build a new pool. You see wonderful billboards and advertisement of companies claiming to the best. I assure you they are not. From Tessera (pretty billboards and that is it!), Azure, Rembrandt, Premier, and others, it varied from constant follow-ups, overpriced (some by $20,000), wrong designs from what we planned, and poor communications. I contacted this company to get an estimate for repairs. They texted me and confirmed that they would send somebody out the next day. They never sent anyone. I followed up two days later, and they committed to sending someone the next Monday, they never sent anyone, never confirmed. Horrible customer service.
