Big mistake switching over to Merman for this season. I hate writing this review but am shocked at the complete incompetence and blatant falsehoods. I won’t go into details as there are too many. Suffice to say, we’re switching back to our previous pool company who, in comparison, was stellar.

Mer-Man pool service has been a savior to a novice pool owner like myself. Driven crazy by my questions they been nothing but courteous and our pool has never looked better. We chose to upgrade our equipment this season and convert to a salt system using Mer-Man to complete the work. Our service tech, John, has gone above and beyond to make the transition seamless. An older pool like ours can feel overwhelming, but with their help, I’ve felt completely comfortable to enjoy our pool the way it was meant to be enjoyed.

Billy and the team absolutely rock! Best pool closing yet! Cleaned my filter grids and closed the pool. They emailed photos after they were done with notes for next season! Very professional and great communication. Been with them 5+ years and would never consider another service.

Mer-man Pool Services was amazing from the moment I called in to inquire about getting my pool cleaned, possible repair done, and then finding out they even winterized it was icing on the cake. I loved the guys who came out to provide the services almost as much as I loved talking to Val on the phone. A+ pool service company. If you live in Doylestown and aren't using them you are missing out!

I have been using Mer-Man for about 6 years. They open, close and maintain my pool. They have made repairs and set up pool automation. Best customer service and technicians

I will never use another pool company simply because how incredible Nate and Ryan are. They take customer service to a whole different level. This is our first year having a pool and they were both very patient with us explaining everything. They stay past the time they needed to make sure we knew how to work everything. I have to give Nate an additional shout out here. I recently had a problem with the pool, very minor but when you have never had pool a minor thing becomes very major thing. Nate allowed me to contact him after hours and send him videos and pictures of what the problem was and…

We recommend this Company, and the people who represent them. Our experience with MerMan in 2024 2025 has been phenomenal. They are easy to work with, and for us, cost effective-efficient. We appreciate Valerie in their front office, and the pool-tech’s who handle the pool requirements.
