From start to finish, working with Kevin, Dani, and the entire team was seamless and stress-free. From the initial consultation to the final touches—and even after the project was complete—they exceeded our expectations at every turn. Their professionalism, communication, and expertise made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Clarifier: This review is specifically for their "pool opening" service. The staff is wonderful, and I've never had an issue with anything else. I put "opening" in quotes because the end state of this service is nowhere close to reasonable expectation. It is incredibly misleading. From opening my pool myself or researching what all others show as well, I expect the pool to look ready to swim in, clean and clear of all debris and algae (minus whatever balancing is needed). At a cost of at least $325 and maybe one hour of work, I am still left with all the same work needed to do if they had …

Great pool contractor. If you want to build a pool this is the company to build it. Excellent communication throughout the project. Our pool was completed on time and on budget. The contract team is responsible, timely and the work is outstanding. Thanks Merillat pools!

Merillat Pools & Aqua Maintenance is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Kevin designed and built our pool in 2020 and his meticulousness and creativity is unmatched. The crew on the build side are phenomenal! Danielle is by far one of the best project managers I have ever worked with, both personally and professionally. Danielle is simply incredible! The maintenance crew since our pool has been up and running are fantastic and always go the extra step. I cannot recommend them enough for any of your pool needs.

We moved into an older home with a large pool that needed some love. I had zero knowledge of pool maintenance. Danielle was awesome to help me figure out how to keep everything looking great. We use Merrilat to analyze our water samples for the pool & recently added spa & they have all the chemicals we need on site. We’ve used them to install a new liner, a new filter, and to close our pool every season. The office staff have been great to work with over the past 7 yrs. & the guys that come out to the house have always been punctual, friendly & knowledgeable.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The sales girl was very condescending and unhelpful. I will never shop there again.
