Initially, my interactions with Dan were positive. When it was determined I needed a tech to come look at my electrical box, I was told they it would be $600 to come look at the unit. I realize I live in Madisonville, 40 minutes from their office, but $600 to look at the electrical box is a bit much. When I called Dan to see who I could talk to, I was told nobody. The service manager has the final call. By the way, I also asked for a quote for a 6 figure remodel that they obvioisly do not care about. I hope ownership is aware that Mobley has a take it or leave it policy.

Dan is the best. He doesn't try to sell me chemicals or supplies that I don't need. Some sellers force you down the rabbit hole of maintaining perfect chemistry. You have wiggle room when keeping your pool looking fantastic and safe. I gave 4/5 stars because I requested that they install a small fountain alongside my already built fiberglass pool. I was hoping for some reasonable creativity but evidently they were not interested in accommodating me.

Mobley took care of us when all we had was a hot tub. Now they take care of our pool, too. Quick and reliable repairs, always fixed right the first time. Expert help with water quality and chemicals. Great people. (Did you know he has a dish named after him at Casa Rod?)
