The previous owner of my home highly recommended My Pool Experts, and wow—am I glad they did! As a brand-new pool owner in SWF, I had no idea what I was doing. Romel came out and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to walk me through every piece of equipment, explained when it was installed, reviewed the warranty, and showed me exactly how everything worked. MyPoolExperts is very thorough, dependable, knowledgeable and professional! We receive a report with photos after each service. Over the years, we have had friendly pool service, but just not right, the pool wouldn't be clean, they would forget to leave chlorine pucks, etc. We are so very grateful and glad we found MyPoolExperts! Romel provides top-notch services. He takes care of our pool as if it were his own! He vacuums it and puts the cover back on, if we had it on, and sometimes we are home and don’t even hear him!! We’re SO HAPPY with this service!

MyPoolExperts is such a breath of fresh air. After using two other pool companies we are extremely happy with MyPoolExperts. Romel (owner) is a very personable and professional man who does what he says, he answers his phone, and responds to text messages. They do it all. They've replaced all of our 20+ year old pool equipment, and more importantly, when we needed our pool resurfaced MyPoolExperts did a fantastic job. Trust me, you will be extremely satisfied with MyPoolExperts. I highly recommend!

We love My pool Experts. Romel is wonderful.He definitely know what he is doing. He is a great guy. He is the only one that takes care of the pool . Other companies we had in the past sent a different person every week!! You never knew who was coming. We love the fact that we know it Romel coming each week. He does a fantastic job. The pool is crystal clear. I highly recommend My pool Experts for all your pool needs.
