We had a great experience with Nationwide Pool! We had replaced our tile and plaster. We chose pebbletec. It turned out so beautiful and everyone we dealt with were so nice!

Oh where do I begin? The entire process gets a F grade from me. The highlights are...there was stagnant water left in my pool for weeks. There was cement left on the flooring and these guys decided to fill my pool up with water without fixing the issue even after I raised concerns several times , so the contractor had one of his guys dive in the pool to try and remove it with a wire brush...a disaster. I had the pool decking done and in less than a year and a half, it's peeling up. I have contacted them on several occasions and have been told by Scott that they will get to me soon. That was …

Extremely happy with my service this far. We had a bad experience with the last pool service so we interviewed several companies. Rich came out to our initial he was extremely insightful and explained so much to me I was unaware of. He was patient and kind and really helped educate me on pool care. I was very grateful for the experience. Out of the companies I spoke to, I made my choice and I would highly recommend this company to anyone else in need of a trustworthy pool company.

My pool went from ugly duckling to a beautiful swan. Jon was very communicative about the status and kept me informed along the way. We did have weather delays so you really need to be patient when doing your pool. His maintenance guy Rich was wonderful and gave me lots of helpful hints on pool maintenance. Katie the office gal picked my tile and it is beautiful. Thank you

2019 2020 2021 2022 2023 2024 2025 2026 Garbage service. Every year. Every summer. Photos attached. Don't use this company if your life depends on it. They change employees like I've never seen. They take no responsibility for their actions. They leave my gate unlocked constantly I finally had to put a sign on the back, maybe that'll work?
