I can not stress enough how terrible this pool company is. The supervisors are the nastiest people you’ve ever met… but more importantly… This company simply doesn’t have the interest of the residents’ safety or comfort in mind. By example: Last Sunday the pool closed because there was zero chlorine in a pool that services 250 apartments. Later that day, a child pooped in the pool. By Wed- the skid marks from that same poop could still be seen on the floor of the pool. Had to choose 1 star to post this review, although it deserves zero stars.
Their lifeguards are extremely undertrained, nasty to pool guests, and borderline incompetent. One year, at our residential property, a lifeguard was filling up his water bottle with pool water and drinking it. Another year, a lifeguard closed our pool early so that she could invite her friends over for a late night party. They do not clean pools daily, have been caught forgetting to chlorinate our pool for weeks on end, and have failed to fix a spa at our complex for years. The management often stops by our complex and is absolutely nasty to residents. In an 8 hour day, this company’s life…
Lifeguards are extremely undertrained. Pool is never clean, they are not even aware when the pump is off and not filtering. Lifeguard etiquette is lacking, rude, and aggressive attitudes for no reason.
I see a lot of reviews from employees. I would like to offer a review from a customer that lives at Bayonne Bay in Bayonne, New Jersey. Today was opening day at our pool and it was closed. The manager said it had to do with the pool company. Last year there were lifeguards callouts often. I’m very disappointed living in a luxury Community and not having consistent access to the pool due to lifeguard callouts. I will document every call out here as a review just so people can get an idea on how the season is going at Bayonne Bay in Bayonne, New Jersey.
This is the worst service ever. There was a wind storm and the pool couldn’t open for 5 hours. Then it opens for 1 hour and closes so the lifeguard can go to lunch. That is a tease to children and not fair. No one has the same rules and they say it is up to the lifeguard to determine what can be used. Finally the lifeguards are 17 tears and always on their phones and not watching children. I had a lifeguard tell me I don’t want to have to jump in and save you. Isn’t that their job if something were to happen
From day one when this pool opened in Malvern apartment complex, it's disgusting. I wish I can post pictures of the dirty pools mold in the pool slime in the pools. Today's been the first day that the baby pool's been open except for the first week of the opening pool because after that you couldn't go in the baby pool due to not cleaning it. It grew mold. You tell the manager you tell the manager and you tell the manager nothing changes and when it does it's only a week left of the pool season. Great job people! So for this whole summer 85% of the time he couldn't go in the pool and now being…
