The houses are beautiful in this development. However, the community there isn’t one you would want to live in. I was looking into moving and had the opportunity to work out with a friend at the clubhouse. The community there is not friendly and I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a “good neighbor.” No one I spoke to sounded like they enjoyed their neighbors. I was aggressively approached by a worker of the HOA “Elenor” and another random woman who sat and stared at me and my friend during our work outs. Don't think I can give the customer service a lower mark, but I would if I could. Let's start with I have a leak in my brand new basement. I would have thought once I informed the warranty folks they might want to check it out. They send a reply that says they will get back in 48 hours. 2 weeks later, crickets. I then get a random email from Wayland, in customer service that 2 "haunches" had been repaired on our porch. Since I know we had no repairs I responded that not sure why you sent me this email but no one responded to my leaking basement issue. Wayland replies "when are you available?…

Toll Brothers at North Hill is great! Toured so many models at other communities and you can feel the quality at Toll Brothers.
You need to post rates for renting picnic tables and gazebos not just the rec center.
Looks like we are not the first ones experiencing these issues. Our house has cracks in the walls and the basement is leaking as well. We scheduled appointments with the property management/warranty team multiple times for inspections, but they often miss the appointments without any notice. Finally, someone showed up, but they claimed this wasn't the builder's responsibility—rather, it was the fault of our landscaping. That is absolutely absurd. Customer service was great before we got the keys, but after closing, it feels like homeowners are left on their own.
