Oklahoma Pool and Patio finished our vinyl liner inground pool installation in May 2022. It took a bit longer than expected because we had to wait a while for the pool liner to come in. But that wasn't anyone's fault. They had great communication and were always quick to answer any issues or concerns we had, even after the pool was completed (Thanks Becky!). Everyone was always very friendly, and I honestly have no complaints. We absolutely love our pool. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking at getting a pool installed.
If you are looking for an outstanding pool company, look no further! Oklahoma Pool and Patio has exceeded our expectations ten fold in all aspects of buying, constructing, setting up and maintaining our first pool. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anything pool related. We are beyond happy with our choice in this company. Their price, service and quality is unbeatable!
Ken, Valerie, and Jeff have been absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish! They have turned our backyard into our dream oasis. Ken met with us before we signed a contract and was completely honest about the total cost and the process. We didn’t have any surprises along the way. We had numerous quotes from other companies, but Oklahoma Pool and Patio was the most affordable and had the best customer service, hands down. We highly recommend going with Oklahoma Pool and Patio, they are THE BEST!!!!!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! If you’re thinking about getting a pool just keep swimming and look elsewhere. Poor quality of work and we are currently battling them on repairs from installation that was less than a year ago they should be covered under warranty!!!! CEO Ken came out for a consult and sold us on a 16x35 Latham pool for our property in September 2023. Installation was early December 2023 and the crew measured the level wrong and dug too deep. Ken and his crew are awesome. They told us we would have our pool by the July 4th holiday, and they made it happen even when it meant working the weekend to do it. They have been responsive to my phone calls and questions. They truly have gone above and beyond with customer service.
Not taking responsibility for poor installation is atrocious.
I can no longer recommend Oklahoma Pool and Patio. While I fully understand that weather and time can impact a pool, that was not the core issue. The real problem was the complete lack of communication. I reached out multiple times over four weeks—calls, voicemails, texts—and received no response. Finally, I was able to track down a third number from a client and get a response. Going with Oklahoma Pool and Patio is one of our biggest regrets as a home owner. We have had issues after issue with our pool. Our pool was installed June 2020. Install was a nightmare. First, they ordered the wrong liner but with Covid times this couldn’t be corrected in a timely manner. We were told it would be rectified the following year. It wasn’t. The plumbing was seriously the biggest mess. A new employee who was unsure what he was doing was put on that job. Our pump was full of air! My husband had to completely redo the plumbing himself.
