We used this company from the time we bought our house until now. This was about 2 years ago. Initially the service was great. Then something changed about 6 months ago. There seemed to be no one coming out to clean our pool and we were getting charged. The owner came out and was very charismatic and made us feel like it was an honest mistake. Time went on and we then noticed leaves in our pool for months on end and realized no one was coming out once again. After being a year round, weekly customer for over 4 years the level of service has rapidly declined. The office is only open M-W, the office voice mails often claims phone line issue. The last time I tried to contact management concerning problems with my pool it took them 5 days to respond. Technician spending 3 mins poolside, checking off work that was not completed and leaving open pool chemicals out by the pool. My water chemistry was a disaster and the pool had mineral stains and overgrowth of algae. I have had to hire another company to come do a massive clean up of my pool.

Consider this, I do not like to leave negative feedback. I signed up for bi-weekly pool mtc. They just stopped coming with no communication. Payments were made immediately upon receipt. Pool turned green twice. Due to the delay in mtc I now have to pay a considerable amount to have the pool cleaned of the algae. Sent emails, called multiple times but mailbox was full. No replies... nothing. Beware!

I hired them to maintain my pool and they made it so much worse. First tech never added salt to my pool and it was constantly turning green and they owned up to it but then said my salt cell needed to be replaced. They replaced it with the wrong one and now when I ask for a refund for it because I am going to have to put the right one in and they are dodging my calls. Do not be fooled by the nice owner like I was.

They charged me $250 to dump all of the water on top of my tarp cover and threw it in the pool. They then sent me a quote of over $1,400 to "green clean it." So, in essence, they are going around deliberately dirtying up pools and robbing honest, hard-working individuals at the height of inflation. Attempts to call and resolve the issue have been largely ignored. They won't even pick up your calls after they steal your money. Chelsey

Absolutely no communication at all. All of the sudden they just stopped showing up. Then three months later I get a call from some random person saying they are with opulent pools and they are there to service my pool? I tried to call the owner over ten times left texts and voicemail and never got a response. Also tried to call the office and left voicemail and was informed that they are only open three days a week and that the owner checked the voicemails and that’s prob why I didn’t receive a call back.
