We had a pool, pavilion, and fire pit installed and are loving the results! They worked quickly to get the pool done right in time for summer. Aaron was great to work with and seemed to go above and beyond to help us - his communication with us stood out! We looked at other pool companies and many felt very pressuring and like a classic “salesman” vibe but Outdoor FX was different - they were not pushy, answered questions honestly, and were upfront about all costs! We would use them again!

It all started with our meeting with Aaron over a year ago, he provided great planning ideas and visuals. Then he passed the torch to his awesome team members as well as Rex, our PM, as he executed beautifully. The entire team provided us with updates and communicated pretty much daily. The different crews (pool & porch) we're detailed & experienced as they all worked very hard over the hot summer months & completed both projects in 3 months! We recently had OutdoorFX add a cover to our existing patio, and the final product is beautiful—everything we had hoped for! The design process was smooth, and our sales rep was great to work with. He provided detailed 3D renderings that really helped us visualize the end result, and the structure looks just like what we envisioned. Outdoor-FX did an incredible job bringing our vision for an outdoor oasis to life. Rob did a great job working with us in our design phase to bring together all of the elements that we wanted in our pool and patio including selecting some great material options (some of which saved us some money)! I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially for a local business, but after exhausting every reasonable avenue to resolve this issue, I feel obligated to share my experience so that other consumers can make an informed decision. We invested several hundred thousand dollars into our pool project with OutdoorFX. Within the first year, the paint on our automatic pool cover began peeling and showing signs of failure.
