We recently purchased a new pool liner and heater from Quality Pools in Columbus Ohio. Their sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with from the start of the process. Their field service technicians were friendly, hardworking and they completed the task with professional and detailed workmanship. The team at Quality Pools got the job done ahead of schedule and the pool looks great! I would highly recommend using this company.

We have used Quality Pools for years with excellent service. They provide routine opening/closing services, maintenance and cleaning. The employees are always responsive to any issues that arise helping us to be able to use our hot tub and pool without interruption. We are very happy with their service.

We could not be more satisfied with our brand new mountain pond in-ground pool! Quality Pools came highly recommended to us by another family who had built two pools with them. We sent an email and within minutes, Joe called us and was at our house the next day looking at our yard and listening to what we wanted. We knew right away that this was the customized service and personalized attention we were looking for. The crew is very experienced and easy to work with. I had a copper issue with my pool water that another Central OH pool store could not solve after working with me for over a year. Justin at Quality Pools pinpointed my issue immediately and had it resolved within just one week. I am now a loyal Quality Pools customer and am confident that my pool is in great hands. The staff is friendly, fun, and they are clearly experts in their field. I can't recommend this place enough.

They built our pool approximately 16 years ago. We used them to open and close our pool for many years then started using some independent contractors who were ok. We decided to start using them again over the past 2 years since they knew how our pool equipment functioned and I felt it was the way to go. On various occasions their personnel were unable to open our pool properly and only a select few employees had the wherewithal to accomplish the task.
