Hannah and Jarrod are the best!! They offered multiple solutions and then Jarrod did some quick work to get my pump working again. In time for a pool party and a visit from my 3 month old granddaughter. Looking forward to having her enjoy a clear and clean pool! Thx Pool People!!
This company cares! From A to Z they listened to our needs, adapted when necessary, were prompt and attentive during the installation and their follow up has been superb! Absolutely love the folks here and their service. The communication prior to, during, and after installation have been better than I ever expected. My questions were addressed immediately and thoroughly and the aftercare of the pool and it's components have been stellar. I really can't say enough good things about Jarrod and all of his great people there.
Awesome people to work with I call them with the simplest questions and they never have a problem answering no matter how small.
Walked in as a new pool owner and told them to talk to me like I was 5 because I dont know anything, after 20 minutes of lighthearted banter and being the subject of some joking (well deserved) 😂 I walked away with much more knowledge than I walked in with. They wrote down what to do every week and what to put in. Didn't try to sell me anything. Pool has been crystal clear so far. Ill gladly pay the 3 bucks for the water test, it was more of a consultation fee and well worth it. They have a line setup for just that. Watching them look at the test and immediately spit out what each pool needed…
These people are the greatest. Made me feel confident about having someone to trust about a pool. Thank you
