Never a problem. Pricing was in the middle, not the cheapest and not the highest, Every crew who performed the backbreaking hard work involved did so with pleasant and respectful attitudes. they even seemed to enjoy the work. Any little detail I wanted addressed was done so without protest. I love the job they did. When I see other peoples’ projects in my facebook group, some of them nightmares, I am doubly happy I chose Pacific Plastering. No complaints. Pacific Pool Plastering was absolutely top notch from the very first walkthrough to the completion of the project. Alan was outstanding with communication, always responsive and incredibly patient, even as I asked countless questions and voiced concerns throughout the process. I’ll admit, I probably wasn’t the easiest client, especially since I was managing this remodel while overseas. But Alan was incredible. Used pacific pool replastering to RePlaster my pool and to Re tile also. They did an amazing job!! The quality is exceptional and the people were amazing and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality pool service and repair and affordable prices. They have the knowledge and the skill!!!! I searched for a good while before selecting them! THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Call Them! Ask for Alan!

My complete pool renovation was disaster. . Alan never returned six of my phone calls. He never returned five text messages. The crew was a no-show three times. They attempted to properly shape the pool four times and failed. Brand new autofill not cleaned out properly (concrete residue). Both brand new autofill and skimmer installed with cardboard still around it. Sloppy workmanship. Never completed cleanup. Damaged my iron fence. All this at a cost of 28K. Please do Market Research. Amazing experience from beginning to end! The quality of the plastering exceeded our expectations, and our pool looks stunning. The crew was respectful, hardworking, and took real pride in their work. Everything was completed on time, and communication was excellent throughout the process. We are beyond happy with the results and would recommend them without hesitation.

Alex came out to do a quote on a big remodel job consisting of pool, spa, new tile and travertine along with a large "cool deck" remodel. Was promised a quote in a few days. Mind you this is a big job and we are ready have it done.... 4 days later I texted Allen(office) to see where the quote is and confirming my email to be sure they have it. Heard nothing..... Following Monday called Allen and he said he just got it, and will send it in the next hour..... Almost 2 weeks later nothing, no bid, no follow up, nada.... Company is a waste of time.
