Gary, the owner of Pacific Pools & Spas in Bakersfield, CA, built my pool in the summer of 2019. On April of 2025 I called him about some cement deterioration and a light bulb that had gone out. My pool is still under warranty. He came personally to see the issues and told us he would have his "cement guys" redo the work in certain areas and he would replace the light above the play pad area. It's been 11 months and Gary as well as his salesman, Crocket, have ghosted us! They have not returned any calls, texts, nor e-mails. Gary and his team are first class. We had a very pleasant experience with our first pool. We shopped around for a few pool builders in Bakersfield (Rock Bottom, Greecian, plus a few other local companies) and Pacific Pools went above and beyond our expecations, plus they had the best prices. Bill was extremely helpful throughout the process. The team worked together very well and were extremely responsive to all of our questions and concerns.
