Tom, Marshall, and Sandy at Palm Springs Pool Service make an exquisite team! Tom got our pool leak fixed, assembled a team to install our motorized pool cover, and is always available to answer any questions that I have. I remember an instance leading up to the pool leak where our chlorine content was low and Marshall took care of it right away. I HIGHLY recommend this company for ANY of your pool needs!

Tom came out to fix my Raypak pool heater as an authorized repairer - he was friendly, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (loose connection). He also noticed that the installer had neglected to put in a sediment trap, and I was able to call the installer and get them to do it.

I wish that I had come in contact with Tom and Palm Springs Pool Service years ago! In the past three weeks I needed several pool issues addressed quickly and efficiently. I needed them fixed correctly in one shot as a prior pool inspection had overlooked them. Tom's assessment of the problems was spot on in all instances. From a new Raypak pool heater that would not fire to a spa blower that would not blow to other items in between (leaking equipment, etc.), Tom had everything up and running in short order. I have been doing business with Palm Springs for over 20 years. I always get great service. Tom Dittman always answers my questions. I got a new Polaris pump this time.
