Excellent work. Ronaldo kept us up-to-date every week on the pools progress. They were really organized and quick (whole project was completed in 3 months, including the time waiting for permits). Something to highlight is the level of detail they maintain on their work. It really shows how seriously they take their customer's satisfaction.

We love Paradise Pools. What a great job they've done! I would recommend them absolutely to folks. All the staff are hands on! Jason is great and Matt is too. Vince thank you for taking care of everything step by step! Austin you are Amazing! Y'all rock this!

Paradise Pools by Design did a wonderful job from start to finish on our pool build. Jason’s design was beautiful—he maximized the space we had, truly listened to what we wanted, and was patient and informative as we made our selections. Throughout the build, Vince was meticulous with every step, efficient with scheduling, and consistently checked in with us. He made himself available at any time, which gave us a lot of confidence during the process. Ok before I start it's important to understand I am a difficult person to do work for, I want things done right and built to last and to that end I will do research and use consultants to verify things are being done that way. Before I contacted Paradise pools by Design I was in talks with a few other builders already, a lot of things I wanted to do seemed abstract to them and they didn't have good examples of what I was going for, their renditions of my design to bring it to code always made it a lot less and i wasn't excited to move forward. Very poor service. They are way behind schedule on my pool construction. They have made many errors in the process. They do not communicate with the homeowner. My pool is still not finished 10 months after signing the contract. They broke my waterline twice and broke my gas line once through the construction.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY/EXPERIENCE FOR ANY POOL CLEANING/MAINTENANCE. There attention to detail is horrible! Techs are in and out of pools 5/10 minutes while they overcharge you! Ridiculous! They also wait almost 2 months to clean filters and most techs don’t even clean the filter. When something breaks you wait months and months for them to get out to you if they can even remember. The manager I believe his name is Matt, is very rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend to look else where for any pool services. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT!
