My husband found a leak around the pool pump and we were nervously looking for a repair guy who will fix it ASAP. The first company that appeared on google was Pool Shack. I read good reviews and spoke to Mike. His technician Michael showed up in an hour, and fixed the problem in no time! He gave a number of tips on maintenance/troubleshooting. After reading the amazing reviews for Mike and Mitch from Pool Shack, I called them. It's true. All true! I had a circuit trip and not reset and wasn't sure if I needed an electrician, pool pump repair or replacement, or both. Mike listened to my story, and gave me great information and managed to get me an appointment the very same day. Mitch arrived, and within 30 minutes had diagnosed and fixed the problem and had me up and running again. Amazing Service! Mikes very nice and straight to the point with pricing. Got a new pump installed economically and fast by one of his pool technicians. Would definitely recommend Pool shack.

The Pool Shack is one of those amazing local businesses that provide the kind of service and expertise you can’t get at BigBox or chain stores. I went in yesterday thinking I needed a $1000 automatic pool vacuum to solve my problem and I walked out with a $36 part and installed it myself. They sold me the part, gave me instructions on how to install it…and told me the tips to look out for. ***tip: take pictures or videos of everything before you go, it makes it super easy for them to diagnose your problem.
