My construction team: They were not only on-time they were EARLY (happy dance for those who have to beat the morning commute). Paradise was excellent! Highly recommend requesting Jeff who is a top notch project manager. We were ahead of schedule from dig to final setup. The communication through the process was great! The patio and retaining wall installation was seamless! Literally, not a single surprise! Excellent equipment and material recommendations from Bob Spero who was a pleasure to work with in the design phase. Behind the seems is a top notch project scheduler, Miranda who coordinates EVERYTHING across all projects and makes the experience way too easy for owners.

Many people assume that having a pool built is just digging a hole and pouring water. If you're one of those, you're leaving in a fantasy world. The pool building process involves so many details and requires patience. However, it really pays of at the end. I've had a great experience with Paradise Pools. No hidden charges and they met all my expectations. I wanted the pool to be ready for my son's graduation. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. They hands down had the best price after getting quotes from 6 different companies (I live in Northern Virginia btw). I thought surely their service was going to be terrible for that reason, but I was incredibly surprised. Bob worked with us to put together what type of pool we wanted with options, etc. He wasn't pushy AT ALL and is such a genuinely nice guy. We would like to thank Paradise pools for everything that they did, from the initial call to completion. On the very first sales visit we met (good looking)Bob Spero, his professionalism showed from the beginning. He listens to what you needs and concerns are. He made a plan for a pool and since I was in the military for 41 years I pointed out things that I wanted so he made the changes to meet our expectations. ⭐ (1 star) — Do not hire Paradise Pools, Inc. (Bob Brucksch, MHIC #92850-01) I paid $233,000 for a full backyard build — pool, spa, patio, retaining walls — signed April 2023. What I got was a two-and-a-half-year education in defective work and dishonesty. The lights. The pool has 7 lights. In the 2.5 years since completion, 11 lights have been replaced. That is not a maintenance issue. That is not bad luck. When you replace more lights than the pool contains, you have a systemic installation defect that was never properly diagnosed. I can't say enough good things about this company! I had the pleasure of working with Paradise Pools, Inc for our pool installation and I am EXTREMELY happy with my experience from start to finish!
