I’ve been going here for years and Paula always seemed fair to me. Never sold me anything I didn’t need. She’s retired now what I don’t understand is why they say they’re open from nine to one on Saturday when I drive all the way there they’re not open. That’s frustrating.

Although the shipment of what we wanted didn't come in, they are so knowledgeable and helped us figure out what we needed. Very great prices! And Pauline was so sweet returning my call. Highly recommend.

Great, thoughtful, proactive service. I called for a pool closing and mentioned I'd schedule it for a few weeks since I'd been fighting algae all season... instead of just saying yes and getting it on the books, they helped me get the pool clear and healthy and then closed it in short order. Knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, and friendly - they've made me a lifelong customer.

Park Pools is the best pool service place I've encountered. Pauline is wonderful. Pauline has fixed me up on more than one occasion. She knows how to get your water crystal clear, and does not sell you what you don't need. I love this place.

They have what you need. I was helped immediately and they even held the door for me while I carried my items to my car.

I had them close my pool- most of my lines are cracked due to their incompetence! I went to talk to them and they said “Sue us” Caution!
