If I could give more than five stars, I would. Aaron and Jamie are not only professional, kind, and friendly, they are super people. They both go above and beyond of what is needed. I couldn’t be happier with the pool liner installation. They made the whole process very easy from their initial visit, the selection of the liner and the installation. It came out looking great. Aaron also assisted me in fixing several plumbing leaks on a heat pump I installed. I highly recommend them for any of your pool needs.

Aaron and Jaime were extremely thorough with every detail in the build of our pool. From navigating around our new shed to working with the deck builder to ensure that water flowed away from the pool but also not under the deck they left no doubt that I hired the right company to transform our back yard. They explained the schedule and what to expect during each phase of the build leaving no questions as to what was going to happen and when.

Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve attached photos because they show the issues more clearly than words ever could. If you still decide to hire them — which I strongly advise against — read every line of the contract carefully. Jamie will almost certainly respond with the usual claims that we “owe money” or that we “caused” the problems. If that were true, they would have taken us to small‑claims court, as they’ve done to many others (you can verify this by searching civil court records). We worked with Patriot Pools for the design and construction of our pool. I cannot say enough good things about them. From our very first meeting through the end of the project, Aaron and Jamie were professional, communicative and knowledgeable. We had a general idea of what we wanted but once we started with with Aaron he showed us the art of the possible and then executed on it flawlessly.
