Stay clear of this company! I hired them to close my pool at the end of last year and then recently had them out to open it for the season. The technician opening the pool neglected to discover the infinity feature pump was not working and neglected to tell us there was a pool in the light burned out before filling it. The pool was also not thoroughly cleaned at the time of opening. I had to call them multiple times asking them to come out to address the infinity and then after they came out, they said it was fine and working which is untrue and the technician never said it was working…he ag…

They installed a salt water system to my existing hot tub. Since then, the tub works for a couple days then dies. Over the last two months I have placed several phone calls to them. Not only they never answer the phone, they have yet to respond to any of my voicemails. Nothing!!

Peak One has been maintaining our HOA's indoor pool for the last ~4 months. They've made several suggestions that have improved our pool's quality (enabling us to switch back to a broken salt generator, for example). They also assisted with a drain, patch, and refill, orchestrating the whole process seamlessly. They've been a pleasure to work with so far!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. Communication was terrible throughout, with delays in responses and a lack of clear updates. Multiple people were assigned to manage the pool, leading to inconsistent service and confusion about who was actually responsible. On top of that, my hot tub was broken for two weeks, and when I emailed to address the issue, I never received a proper response. My questions went unanswered, and after waiting far too long, I ended up fixing the problem myself. Instead of acknowledging their poor service, they turned around and let me go as a client…
