Nick was the 4th or 5th person to come out and quote the deck/shed I had in my head. He was very knowledgeable about the codes in my area and the various types of materials I could choose from. He spent a lot of time with us helping to bring our idea to life. After much discussion we decided to go with Penny Lane. Penny Lane Decks did a great job resurfacing our old deck with composite materials and replacing the railings around the deck. The employees were very personable and worked hard to get the job done. The job was done within the time frame that we had discussed prior to the beginning of the work. We are very happy with the job that they did! We highly recommend Penny Land Decks!

Our experience with Penny Lane Decks was nothing short of amazing. From first contact to design then price and finally work completed was painless. Nick showed us multiple options and colors, drew up out deck exactly the way we wanted it and his crew did an amazing job. They completely removed our old deck and installed the new one in about a week. They took great attention to detail and cleaned up every bit of mess they made. We couldn't be more happy with the work and would definitely use again!!

We've had Penny Lane build three projects for us: a deck attached to our house, a deck half way around our above ground pool & stairs between the decks with solar lights. Nick has been extremely friendly & professional. He understood the vision that I had for our backyard & made it happen!
