We are extremely pleased with our pool that was installed last season. The team guided us in choosing the perfect location in our yard and helped us develop a plan that allowed for several adjustments as we decided to add features along the way. Poolside Pros constructed our inground pool September 2020. We were able to customize the basic pool design to meet our needs. They were very accommodating even as we changed the design several times. Since then we've had them close the pool each year. We were able to select a target week and they would confirm actual date a few weeks ahead. They were flexible to adjust their schedule since some of our plans had changed. We cannot say enough great things about Poolside Pros! We are extremely happy with the quality of work, the timeline in which everything was completed, and the professionalism shown throughout the entire process. Even four years later, their customer service continues to impress us. We had poolside pros install our pool and have been regular customers ever since! We do a lot of online shopping in general but not for our pool needs, they support us and we support them. We manage our own chemicals and they help us—- they test our water and willingly answer any questions and offer advice as we need and as we ask. Poolside installed our pool summer 2024. We never imagined that we would get a inground pool installed, living in Illinois. We took the plunge because when we stopped into Poolside on a random day (in 2023) they were friendly, warm and gave us the confidence that they would help us with any problems/questions that we would have along the way and we had a bunch. Best pool store around! They are honest and dont try to get you to buy things you dont need like most pool stores. Very accurate system to check water levels. Won't buy my chemicals anywhere else! Ladies at the counter are so awesome too! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and very reasonable prices!
