Excellent place! I just put up a "baby", 1,000 gallon pool and went there to discuss chemicals and quantities. Brad was most knowledgeable and helpful. He explained to me what was needed and directed me on proper use and quantities. He then gave me a bottle to bring home and fill with my pool water after treating and said to bring it into the store and that they would test the water for free! What great customer service!

When we bought our first home 8 years ago, we had no clue how to manage a swimming pool let alone one that was installed in the 1970s. The pool company that had been in DeKalb for decades closed their doors for good that summer leaving us scrambling for help. Sonco is great! We were having trouble getting our pool chemicals balanced. My husband called and spoke with De’Angelo, who was very knowledgeable and eager to help. He had us bring in a water sample, and after testing it, they put together a clear plan to get everything back on track. Their recommendations nearly corrected the issues overnight. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to make sure we understood everything. Highly recommend!

Purchased a Hotspring Limelight Flair from Alejandro a few weeks ago. Great experience. I was unsure on if I wanted a lounge seat or not, they arranged for me to come in after hours, when the store was closed and allowed me to privately try the lounge option out. I decided I was a Pro lounger! Pricing was straightforward and in line with my expectations. Delivery experience was good. They guided me through start up as this is my 1st SPA. I love my SPA, its really helped relax my muscles after a workout or a long day! Great dealer, highly recommend.

We just purchased our rythem hot tub. We had a hot springs grande for 20 years . That is why I wanted another. When it was delivered the gentleman who put things together noticed it had a bad lid and said he would have them order us another. When he proceeded to try to put the front back on. He could not get it on messed with it for almost 45 minutes. Said it was a factory problem. Then when our electrical man came to hook it up again we had a hard time getting the front back on took us almost an hour of messing around with it. This should not be a problem. Decided it was time for a hot tub and went to a few different stores in the area that sell them. The first (the big one) had a nice variety but the prices seemed a bit high and no one was around to answer any questions or even cared that we were interested. We drove to Sonco and the atmosphere was just was more pleasant and welcoming. Brad was our salesman and he didn’t pressure us but gave us great information and answered questions.
