I dont much trust these guys. I had them out May 2024 to replace pump motor, $240 in and out, great. This May upon opening I found the motor was super loud and also my multi-port valve was leaking, I was headed our of town for 10+ days so called on these guys to replace those items, I ordered pump and valve myself, then to also inspect and clean SWG if needed. Pool was dirty so I asked if they could clean and balance while I was gone, they told me they could. They came and changed the motor and valve, tech came and left after 30 minutes. The SWG was leaking so I knew he didn’t inspect or clean…

1 start is too much for this crooked company. We paid more than $8000 for repairing our pool , and our pool does not work. They will overcharged you for simple repairs. Talking about the cleaning of the pool...they are the worse one that we ever had. Two days after they clean our pool you will have algae on your pool. Also, if they have your credit card information they will charge it even if they don't show up. It happened 3 times that we had to contact them, and ask for our money back. Owner needs to go back to school in order to learn repect a woman. RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Donald and his crew are great! My pool was looking terrible after closing it up for the winter and Donald and his crew did a great job opening it back up and it was at a fair price. It was the best balanced pool I have ever had. He also fixed my issues with my DE Filter that I was having because another pool company piped it wrong.

They have proven over time to be reliable, fair and trustworthy. I’ve been using them for years and never question having them come out. He’ll get back to you and fit you in their schedule and take care of the issue and send you a fair and reasonable invoice. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced, professional.

Warning do not hire this company unless you want to deal with perfectionists. They will come over every single day until your pool is perfect. They are relentless in their pursuit of a perfect pool. My pool got more attention in one month than it did in one year with the other companies. Donald runs his company like it is still his baby and he is on day one. Someone told me today that my pool has never looked as good.
