I have GREAT feedback about Skyler Jones of Phoenix Pools. Over the years I have found pool companies to be hit or miss. Skyler is a hit! He knows his stuff. He does repairs, maintenance, liner replacements etc… Super dooper responsive and an incredibly kind fella. If you ‘need a guy’, call him. He’s great!

Skyler came out and diagnosed and fixed my pool heater same day. Very honest and reasonable guy, and will give him our future work because of his honesty and quality work. We had other pool guys come out (pool Drs and others) who took one look and said we needed to spend thousands of dollars to replace a perfectly functioning pool heater. Imagine that. Thankful and grateful for Skyler.

Skyler came out to the house the same day we called him and quickly diagnosed our problem with our pool heater. He also provided advice on upkeep and how to prevent damage to our system in the event of a winter power outage. Very professional. I’d highly recommend this veteran-owned business.

What an absolute life-saver!!! I'm disabled. So I have a person who opens my pool for me, and they've been doing a great job for 12 years. This year, they forgot to switch the valve that keeps the water in the pool. I lost 20,000 gallons overnight. It took approximately 3 days to get tankers of water for the pool. My 5-year-old liner was exposed to 90° heat for that time, and it damaged and cracked the liner. I was sure that I was going to have to shell out thousands of dollars for a new liner. I sent an email to Skyler over the weekend and he unexpectedly responded. He gave me some days he could stop over to check out my pool. He then texted me first thing Monday morning to give me his schedule so I could arrange a day that worked. We picked Thursday. Skyler texted me on Wednesday saying he was working nearby and could stop over in afternoon. That worked better for me as it turned out. Skyler fixed several little leaks and replaced my pressure gauge without charging me!!!! He diagnosed my bigger problem that we have time to address. Skyler has helped me over the past 10years. …

Phoenix installed our new pool liner and fixed our pool pump. Firstly the service and attention to detail was impeccable. Secondly knowing they went above and beyond and stand by their work is so reassuring. Thanks Skylar!!
