The pictures do not do justice to just how AWESOME my pool is because of Picture Perfect Pools! I tried to work with a few other companies and they just didn’t get what I was wanting, wasted months of no design progress and I almost gave up. I tried Picture Perfect Pools and I knew immediately that the owner Jay was the one to get the job done! Not the cheapest, but pretty close. What I didn’t deal with was any nickel and diming or “we’ll see pricing” once we start tearing everything up. I had a fantastic time experience with Darrin and Picture Perfect Pools! We were fortunate that the appropriate contractors for the various steps were available as needed, which greatly assisted us in completing the pool well ahead of schedule. The contractors were respectful of our property and kind. Darrin is very communicative and proactively shares next steps, clearly outlining expectations. Post completion, Darrin has been available for questions and concerns, coordinating follow-up, etc. From design to completion, I would absolutely recommend Picture Perfect Pools for your project!

It was an absolutely a PLEASURE working with Picture Perfect Pools. They were so helpful in the planning of the pool, as well as patiently adjusting when I made changes. We did shop around before choosing them, but we knew several people who'd used them and were very satisfied. They also offered a thicker shell than other companies and we're experts with Hydrazzo finish that I wanted. They are family owned and have lots of experience repairing other companies' pools, which meant they knew what NOT to do. For all of these reasons, we chose them. Jay and his WHOLE team are so very committed to Quality and Professionalism in everything they do! The customer service and responsiveness are outstanding. WOW we cannot say enough good things about Jay and his entire team… from Catie who spent hours with us helping to design our pool with some outstanding suggestions that were spot on. To all the techs that were involved on this project to Jay the owner who was our project manager… Came in on budget, and on time … we are very pleased with the workmanship and the customer service that we received…. If we were to ever build another pool would definitely be hiring Picture Perfect pools
