We had a great experience with Polytech Lifting. They were very responsive from the start and came out quickly to provide an estimate, which was very reasonable. Once we moved forward, they were able to schedule the work promptly. On the day of the job, a team of 4–5 people arrived and completed everything in just one day. The scope included lifting and leveling our front concrete step as well as fixing a trip hazard in our backyard, and the results look great. The whole process was efficient and professional—would definitely recommend.
These guys worked very hard to fix a concrete settling issue on my property. They gave a fair quote and kept their word on the pricing. Their technology was more cost effective than the other concrete cutting approach I was considering. I wish more contractors were as professional as this team. I would hire them again for a similar project.
