I have to say that I had the best experience with this company. Steve is such a great guy. He replaced our pool liner. And it's looks amazing. But we had a leak. And let me tell you this man went above and beyond to find the leak and fix it. He helped me figure out what each underground line went to. I can honestly say this has been the best experience with a company I have had in a very long time. I would give them a million stars it I could. I want to thank everyone at pool doctors yall are awesome. So if you want a great pool company with great people this is it. Thanks again yall

Melissa replaced two pool lights that were under warranty. She’s very knowledgeable, professional, and she cares about the customer. I highly recommend Melissa and Pool Doctors. Thank you, Melissa and Pool Doctors!

Melissa is amazing. She provided me with the right information to get my pool back and operating at its best. Helped me understand how to get rid of the mustard algae. It did take longer than expected for them to come out but worth the wait. Will keep using their services in the future.

Waited over a month for them to get to me on their backlog of service calls for sand change. They called the day of the appointment and said tech called out sick we will for sure be there tomorrow. Calls me back at 4:30 pm and says oh we cannot get to you for months - we are shorthanded and the owner said he cannot get to you for months. I inquired if they are not doing any repairs and was told oh just pump repairs when completely down. I explained this is not routine maintenance pool is not filtering properly. So disappointed - very poor customer service - stay away

Called two weeks prior to schedule an inspection for maintenance. They were upfront that they were short staffed to illness which I understood and that it would be the next week before they could get out. They called me the following Wed and said a tech would be out on Thurs. The following Monday I called saying I never heard back and to see if they had been out. They never did due to "weather." At least they were honest that they never came out but unfortunately I wasnt a priority and neither was my business. They should at the very least called instead of me having to call the next week.

Always top notch Service! Customer Service is the best. Dani is so helpful, a great communicator and gets things done! We had an issue with our pool and Melissa showed up ASAP. Assessed situation and took care of it immediately. The Best!

Extremely helpful staff and their prices are reasonable. I am referring Pool Doctors to all my friends with pools....
