I first called and then came in. We needed chemicals for our new cold plunge/hot tub. I have interacted with both Adrienne and Alisha. Both were extremely knowledgeable of their products. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and answered throughly. I truly appreciate the kindness, patience, and great customer service and they both provided.

So grateful to finally find a pool service company that communicates well, comes as scheduled and has great customer service! Alisha is always there for any questions I have, Bud services my pool perfectly every week and Bud and Colby did a great pool close for the end of the season, even in the pouring rain. I highly recommend Pool Doctor!

Pool DoctoRx & Spa is simply the best when it comes to hot tub repairs and maintenance. Amazing customer service from all of the employees who talked me through the whole process. Bud was the one who came out and found the main issue our hot tub was having. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. I have an update to add. Colby come out with the new pump for the hot tub and got it all set up and working again. I was very impressed with the speed and communication I had every step of the way. Amazing company and amazing employees. Thanks again!

What a wonderful site to see these amazing people. Bud and Colby came out to service the pool for this upcoming season. They are always so nice, answering all of our questions and concerns.They pride themselves in taking care of all of our pool needs. Pool Doctor was fantastic. I called with an issue on my swim spa that nobody else in town could seem to help with, and they jumped right on it. Alisha was on it from the start, took great care of me, and kept everything moving with excellent communication. Bud was the technician who handled the installation, and he was just as great. He communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. They ordered the part quickly, cared about my timeline, and did exactly what they said they would. They also pointed out a couple of maintenance items…
