We had a wonderful experience with T and A pools for the installation of our Latham Aruba cocktail pool. Josh is straight forward and itemized everything out for us in the bid/invoice. We knew what to expect along the way. Josh was patient with us in that we vacillated several times on which pool to purchase. We liked his whole team as they are so respectful and kind to work with. We also loved his concrete contractor he worked with. He did excellent finish work!

Josh with TNA pools was great to work with! We were in the process of building a home, and had multiple delays along the way. Josh was very accommodating with the shifting timelines, and worked with us every step of the way. He was always very quick to respond to texts and phone calls, and we knew what was going on every step of the way. We feel Josh went above and beyond, as he got our pool ready for us to use prior to the home being complete, so we could use out pool after long days here working. TNA Pool and Spa was not our first bid - but it is Josh who got the job done! He is not a pushy sales person, but a geniune, hard working man who was going to show up to get the project done (not just send a work crew). He patiently answered every question, and every concern, we had along the way. Josh makes himself available to the customer after the sale as well - we have called him nights and weekends as we learn our equipment, he never is "put out" to help! Josh did a great job with my pool build. He was very informative and helpful throughout the process. A few things didn’t turn out just right and he took the time to make it right. Im very happy with my choice of contractor and would recommend them to anyone doing a build.

Josh with TNA provides exceptional customer service! We needed a part that was a week out and when he heard we had planned a pool party and didn’t have the part we needed, he found it locally and serviced our heater the next day! He goes above and beyond to help us out and this isn’t the first time he’s come through for us! He has been so great to work with!

Josh and his team are awesome! We were in a bind and couldn’t find anyone to help. Josh was recommended by a friend so we reached out to him for help on a Friday night. He went out of his way the very next day, showed up early, worked in the rain and got my pool cover aligned and operational. Great people and great customer service! I can’t recommend TNA pools enough….they are excellent!

We had a 16x40 Caribbean-style pool installed by TNA Pools, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Joshua, the owner, was absolutely exceptional—professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all our questions and always got back to us in a timely manner. His team was fantastic as well—courteous, hardworking, and efficient. If you’re looking to put in a pool, we highly recommend TNA Pools. They made the process smooth and stress-free, and the end result is beautiful!
